Ramen Shop Nishiyama

When you enter our shop facing Gakkocho-dori, you will be greeted by a warm, friendly couple. Our main types of ramen are pork fat soy sauce or miso broth, and our soy sauce broth is similar to Tsubame Sanjo style, with bubbles of fat floating in the soup. Enjoy the soups with our chewy thick noodles. Our ramen (650 yen) and specially made ramen (850 yen) are good values, topped with tender char siu pork, flavored boiled egg, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, corn, and seaweed! We’d love for you to try it!
