Our broth is made from a combination of slowly cooked meats, vegetables, and seafood, and our noodles are made fresh every morning to bring you the best aroma and texture. Our specialty is our noodles with a slightly sweet, salty, and sour dipping sauce. Our flavor is so distinctive that you won’t be able to eat this dish anywhere but at Taishoken. Our portions are hearty, but you can choose the amount you want to eat.
