Founded in 1885. Since our founding, the successive generations, including the present 4th and 5th generation, have continued to serve Japanese cuisine prepared using seafood caught off the coasts of Niigata and Sado Island. We mainly serve kaiseki cuisine. We also stock a variety of beverages, including locally brewed sake, shochu, wine, champagne, etc. We have a variety of seating, including tables with sunken floors, regular tables, private rooms, etc. making us the perfect venue to host business dinners and parties, important anniversaries, and other occasions. As we are located in Furumachi, the traditional arts district of Niigata, we can arrange for geisha to entertain you as well.
