We purchase the freshest fish caught off the coast of Sado Island daily, to make sushi with toppings that change with the seasons. We use Koshihikari rice from grown on Sado Island for our sushi. We strive to serve the satisfying sushi at a reasonable price that only Benkei can provide. Come and fully enjoy the taste of Sado.
