This Japanese restaurant was started with the goal of serving the delicious bounty of Niigata’s mountains and oceans to many, and sharing the rich culture of Niigata through food. We serve fresh local ingredients such as seabass, cold yellowtail, pink shrimp, stone oysters, Juzen eggplants, and edible wild plants. We also serve locally-brewed sake such as Hakkaisan, Kubota, Koshi No Kanbai, Shimeharitsuru, etc. We have a sake expert on staff who will help you find the sake you’ve been looking for!
