Kotobukiya

Over 60 years have passed since our founding in 1949. Our best-known dishes are our original gyoza dumplings and tantan spicy noodles! Our shop was the first to sell gyoza in Niigata. Since then, we began serving Sichuan cuisine, and over the years we have become known as the Sichuan, gyoza, and tantan noodle shop Kotobukiya. Our first floor is counter seating, our second floor is table seating, and our third floor has floor seating and a banquet room that can be rented out for special occasions.
