What if a foreigner ran an izakaya? That is the concept we had in mind when we designed our shop with fabric-covered cushions and Italian lighting. We serve traditional dishes like seasonal sashimi as well as creative cuisine. Our daily recommendations are not to be missed!
- Entrail Hot Pot1,280 yen
- Our double soup is a combination of soy sauce-based soup and SURIKEN’s own red miso soup. We use domestic beef entrails. To finish out the hot pot we recommend either champon noodles or tomato cheese risotto.
- Smoked Salmon Stomach550 yen
- Salmon stomach smoked over hickory and packed with flavor! The fatty meat is delicious with wasabi and is perfectly matched with sake.
- Pollack Roe and Cream Cheese Roll Sushi750 yen
- A popular item similar to a California Roll. Great as a snack or with a meal.
