Opened in December of 2009. In order to bring out the very best flavor of our seasonal ingredients, we grill them slowly over charcoal. Our most popular items are our generous serving of pork spareribs and our bone-in platinum pork. Our Italian menu, based on our owner’s training before he founded this restaurant, is also very popular. The sunken floor style counter space where you can chat with the owner as he prepares your meal is popular with couples and groups of women, as well as the regulars.
