Feel the soul of Niigata while enjoying seasonal ingredients made into traditional seafood dishes and seasonal courses that bring out the very best of their flavor. All seats are in private rooms, with 3 seating options: floor seating with tables, tables and chairs, or floor seating with individual tray tables. We serve a variety of famous sake, including Daizen’s own original sake. You can sample the sakes as well. We can prepare meals for between 2 and 180 guests. We can arrange for Furumachi geisha to dance, or for companions to entertain you.
