Founded in 1873 in the Furumachi district, we continue to sell sweets in the same area today. Beginning with the first castella sponge cake to be baked in Niigata, we have continued to make sweets that suit the era, custom, and season. Hariito is the only place in Furumachi to find castella sponge cake, which we bake daily, so please pay us a visit. You can come to the front of our shop by car in the morning.
