Please try locally-raised Echigo Mochi pork, Niigata poultry, Niigata wagyu, and locally-caught fish, all served with Uonuma Koshihikari rice. We also serve a selection of locally made noodles, such as Koshihikari rice noodles and ramie hemp noodles. Enjoy the chewy, firm texture of the noodles.
