We strive every day to fulfill our goal of providing smooth and attentive service to our guests. We feel it is our duty to show guests from both inside and outside of Niigata that it is a place with delicious seasonal ingredients and traditional dishes. We serve the bounty of the mountains and the sea. Our fried shrimp balls are so popular that nearly everyone orders them. Please try them once.
