In September 2012, we began our 44th year of operation. From that time to today, we have taken great care with our soups, serving whale soup in the summer and monkfish soup in the winter. Our steamed seafood and maitake mushrooms, served year-round, is one of our best dishes. We serve a variety of Niigata-brewed sake such as Kubota, Hakkaisan, Shimeharitsuru, Koshi No Kanbai, Kirinzan, and Tsurunotomo. We have several party courses available, from a 4,000 yen 2.5 hour all you can drink course (for 6 or more guests) to a 6,000 yen course. We await your visit with seasonal Niigata cuisine.
