Furumachi Koji Workshop
The koji rice malt drink specialty shop started here in Niigataâs own Furumachi. We serve drinks with kojiâs sweetness as the base, adding fruit such as yuzu or mixing with soy milk to create a variety of flavors. Youâll be surprised by how sweet plain rice can be. Winner of the 2010 Niigata Shop Design award. Grand prize winner of the Niigata Governorâs Prize in the 2013 Brilliant Shop contest.
