Our first generation owner, together with the famous gourmet Kitaoji Rosanjin, came up with, developed and sold the patented Wappa Rice (rice served in a round wooden dish topped with seafood), which is now considered a Niigata traditional dish. Besides Wappa Rice, we also serve other Niigata traditional dishes such as Noppe, seabass and shrimp caught off the coast of Sado Island, and Miomotegawa salmon. Come and enjoy the seasonal bounty of Echigo (Niigata) with us.
