Niigata Local Foods Koshitantan

We serve dishes made from selected local ingredients. We serve around 30 to 40 dishes on our daily changing menu, made from fish freshly caught daily in the Sea of Japan and organic vegetables from our partner farms. We also stock a rich selection of locally brewed sake, which has gotten rave reviews from both local and out of town guests. Our restaurant is equipped with private rooms in the style of an old wooden house, where you can relax with people who are important to you.
