●A place to eat ●Japanese 【Furumachi】
In the 6th ward of Higashibori-dori, your eyes are drawn to a blue sign. It’s on the corner of a narrow road that leads to the Honcho market. Our homemade noodles use buckwheat from Nagano, with funori seaweed from Aomori to bind them together. Our dried bonito flakes are shaved from whole dried bonito to preserve the aroma. When you dip the noodles in the soup and move them to your mouth, the sweetness of the noodles and the richness of the soup fill your mouth. We also have a small raised seating area for banquet parties. Since we are open late, we make a perfect spot for second or third afterparties.
